Helping New Zealand go pest free by 2050, the Whau River Catchment Trust is putting traps all throughout the Whau area. These traps catch everything including mice, rats and possums. Recently, there has been a lot of restoration work to put in native plants and create an environment for native birds. Putting in this trap line will ensure the hard work that has been put in already will be rewarded.
