Pipers reserve and halo

A community trapping programme focused on Pipers Reserve and its immediate vicinity (halo). Traps in the reserve paid for by the Nelson City Council and halo traps subsidised by the Kiwibank Predator Free NZ backyard trapping fund. Started November 2018. Aim is to increase numbers of small passerines visiting, and successfully nesting in, the Pipers Reserve - Tahuna Hills area.
