Eskdale Backyard Trapping

Community group aiming at getting rid of rats and possums all around Eskdale Reserve on the North Shore suburbs of Auckland (Hillcrest, Birkenhead, Glenfield & Birkdale). This is to help  restoring native flora, bringing back native wildlife in our backyards and in the reserve.

Our aim is to:

• Create a community of backyard trappers,
• By asking people to install a trap in their backyards,
• Keep it lured,
• And report their catches.
