Areas of regenerating bush in the suburb of Tawa. Populated primarily by a lowland forest type of Tawa / Kohekohe canope; an understory of Pseudopanax, Kawakawa, and Coprosma species; regerating areas of Mahoe and Matipu; and the occassional emergent of Rewarewa, Kaihikatia and Miro. |
